The essentials governing NautiVigil installation and remote monitoring services.
Service scope
NautiVigil provides professionally installed boat tracking and remote monitoring systems. The exact package, optional sensors and installation work are confirmed before installation.
Installation
Standard installation assumes suitable access to the required power source and a normal installation route. Additional cabling, dismantling, special materials or non-standard work may require an additional quotation.
Monitoring subscription
The first year of online monitoring is included with qualifying NautiVigil packages. From year two, the standard monitoring fee is €49 per year unless another price has been agreed.
Monitoring does not automatically continue after an unpaid service period. The customer may choose whether to renew.
Remote alerts and availability
Remote monitoring and alerts depend on the operation of the installed equipment and on services such as GPS, Bluetooth, mobile networks, hosting and internet connectivity. Temporary interruption or delayed delivery may therefore occur.
NautiVigil is a monitoring service and is not a navigation, distress, emergency-response or life-safety system.
Warranty and consumer protection
Hardware supplied by NautiVigil is covered by the statutory conformity and consumer protections applicable under Spanish law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Contracts away from business premises
Where Spanish consumer law provides a statutory withdrawal right, the customer will receive the required information. If the customer requests installation or service to begin during an applicable withdrawal period, NautiVigil may request express confirmation before work begins.
Customer responsibilities
The customer should provide accurate boat and contact information, reasonable access for installation and inform NautiVigil of significant changes that may affect the installed system.
Privacy
Personal, account, GPS and sensor information is handled in accordance with the NautiVigil Privacy Policy.
